Edward "Buddy" Blackman transitioned to the Real Estate field from the computer Industry in 2004. Starting off with Coldwell Banker and later became a Previews International Broker he now has over 18 years of experience. He works with:

* Sellers to prepare their home for selling, market to the world and guide them from walk thru , to offers, to closing.

* Investors, making them market ready, and know when to sell, when to hold 'em.

* Landlords to get the highest and best for their return on their assets.

Buddy has a diverse background of experience including: Single family Homes, Investment Property, Land or Horse Property along with an abundance of knowledge in using VA, USDA, Conventional, FHA 203K loans.
