Fayetteville Real Estate School was founded in 2018 by a group of veteran real estate professionals who recognized a critical gap in real estate education. Too many new agents were entering the market with their license in hand but without the practical knowledge, confidence, or support system needed to succeed.
Traditional real estate schools were treating licensing like a commodity – cramming students through online courses or massive classrooms with minimal personal attention. New agents were passing the exam but struggling in their first years, with many leaving the industry within 24 months.
